What’s in The Rift is a Cortex actual play podcast built on the Cortex Prime system from Dire Wolf Digital. We tell improvised and compelling tales that focus on fiction first. Our stories are rarely the type you may associate with actual play podcasts — no one has fought a dragon or met an elf. Yet.

Josh Burgess serves as the game moderator and primary storyteller, and a core cast of Rae Witte, Landon Whisnant, Grayson Stamm and Yolandie Hamilton serve as players.

What’s in The Rift is a tightly edited, professionally sound designed and engaging narrative. Nothing is scripted, we’re just that dumb in real life.
